Care Instructions for Toesty Sheets

Care and Washing instructions for our Organic Sets:

Toesty Sheets are built to last! By using a Percale weave Toesty Sheets have a tight-knit structure that is smooth and durable. The yarns we use are compacted, super combed, and mercerized to achieve the best quality, softness, and longevity. Percale sheets feel crisp to the touch, and they get softer with every wash.

* Untangle your Toesty Sheets before washing them in the washing machine.

* Avoid overloading the washer and dryer, and wash your Toasty Sheets separately.

* Use cold water, gentle cycle while washing and dry at low temperature. If possible, allow your Toesty Sheets to air dry by hanging them up and allowing them to stretch.

*Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.

To avoid wrinkles: Shake fabric out between the wash and dry cycle. Make sure your dryer load isn’t too full so your sheets can move around. Don’t let them sit. 

Organic cotton is a fabric that is grown without the use of pesticides or other harmful chemicals. It is a natural and sustainable option for home textiles.

Percale is a classic sheet fabric, cool and light feeling, with a matte finish. This feel is accomplished by the simplest weave style – one thread over, one thread under. The fabric is durable, getting softer with each wash and provides great breathability. The downside without proper care is that it causes wrinkling.

What do pugs, grandparents, and Toesty Sheets have in common? They all end up with wrinkles!

We don’t mind wrinkled sheets, but since we do receive comments on the topics, we like our customers to know that our sheets are made with natural fibers that get softer and more resistant to wrinkles with time. The more you use and care for your Toesty Sheets, the closer you will get to sheets that stay smooth both day and night.

Care and washing instructions for Cotton Top Sheets Only:

Our 400-thread-count cotton-blend sheets are designed to be wrinkle-resistant for easy care and low maintenance. Wash weekly in cold or warm water with a gentle detergent and no bleach or fabric softener to prevent fiber damage and shrinkage. Wash separately from towels and clothing to reduce friction. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry, and remove promptly to minimize wrinkles.
