Toesty Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies

Thank you for your order! We hope you love your Toesty sheets. However, we know sometimes life and deliveries don’t go exactly as planned. Please read all the conditions and policies below, so we can make any return go as smoothly as possible. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

1. Measure your mattress! No returns because of size whoopsies. 

Please note our sheets do not fit all mattress depths at this time. We plan on accommodating all sizes in our future product lines. Before purchasing, please make sure our product fits your needs by measuring the depth of your mattress. We do not accept returns or refunds based on the product not fitting the mattress depth requirement.

Please measure your mattress to ensure Toesty Sheets fit the required depth:

  • King/Queen sets work on mattresses up to 15″ in depth
  • Full/Twin sets work on mattresses up to 12″ in depth.

2. Return Policy and Process

We carefully package your order to ensure your items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to your item(s). We will replace your damaged item(s) once we receive your return.

Unused and unwashed items in original condition may be returned within seven(7) days of receiving your order for a refund. Any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact. Ideally, return your Toesty item in the original Toesty box also.

When returning your order, you are responsible for all shipping costs, unless your item is damaged or your order is in error and fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No returns are allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for items where flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the tag has not been removed). If you are shipping an item for return, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless we can track it.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund. We charge a restocking fee of 30% on used or washed items. These items no longer can be sold. Missing items will be charged according to their value. 

For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed when your return is received by the warehouse.
